Whitelabel RWA platform · Built on Mintlayer
Lifecycle of a tokenized asset
Onboard the asset — documents, financials, and media are hashed and timestamped on-chain. Configure the token model, supply, price, and compliance rules, then deploy to Mintlayer with zero technical knowledge.
Investors complete guided KYC, review offering materials, subscribe, and pay via their preferred rail. Tokens are allocated to verified wallets as soon as payment is validated and reconciled.
Distribute yield, publish announcements, update documents, run revaluations, and handle redemptions or buybacks — while investors track everything in real time from their portfolio dashboard.
Product demo
A staged walkthrough across every role. The investor journey is re-themed for a fictional whitelabel client — Acme Capital — to show how the platform carries an operator's own brand end to end, while the operator's own consoles keep the default RETS branding.

Platform overview
RETS replaces fragmented manual workflows with a unified digital infrastructure, so operators can launch compliant tokenized offerings under their own brand and manage the entire investment lifecycle in a single environment.
MLS01 and MLS03 tokens with supply, pricing, lock-ups and rules — no code.
Guided verification with document checks, sanctions and PEP screening.
Bitcoin, cards, transfers and stablecoins, matched to every subscription.
Permissioned transfers between verified investors, approved by multisig.
One-click pro-rata payouts with receipts and a permanent history.
Custom domain, logo, palette and emails — the operator's brand throughout.
Supported token models
Interchangeable units of value, similar to traditional fund shares — ideal when the economic interest needs to be divided into many identical parts.
Unique tokens with asset-specific metadata — ideal when each unit has distinct attributes and investors want clarity on exactly what they own.
Compliance & security framework
Token transfers are never executed automatically. Each request requires a compliance signature confirming the recipient has completed KYC and remains eligible — if not, the transfer is blocked before any on-chain action occurs.
Freezes for disputes or regulatory hold orders, inheritance transfers verified against succession documents, and court-ordered actions — all executed via the compliance key and fully logged.
Every action — approvals, configuration changes, payments, communications — is timestamped, tied to a verified operator identity, and stored alongside on-chain settlement records.
Investors keep control of their keys via Mojito Wallet, Mintlayer-compatible wallets, or hardware wallets. Custodial and semi-custodial setups available through approved providers.
High-value operations require joint approval from finance, compliance, and audit roles — protecting redemptions, buybacks, and distributions from unauthorized movement.
Technical architecture
Mintlayer is not Turing-complete, so complex business logic runs off-chain in the service layer, while the blockchain provides immutable settlement, ownership records, and multisignature enforcement. Each client runs a dedicated single-tenant instance.
