Q4 2024 Yield Distribution Schedule
Dear Valued Investors,
We are pleased to announce the quarterly yield distribution schedule for Q4 2024 across all active tokenized real estate projects on the RETS Platform. All distributions will be processed via the Mintlayer settlement layer and credited directly to your registered wallet addresses.
The yield calculation is based on actual rental income received, operational expenses, and reserves allocated per the offering memorandum. All payments have been audited and approved by our Finance and Compliance teams. Token holders will receive a detailed breakdown via secure portal notification 48 hours prior to settlement.
Distribution dates are as follows: Manhattan Tower (December 5, 2024), Brooklyn Residences (December 8, 2024), Chelsea Market Hub (December 12, 2024), and Tribeca Lofts (December 15, 2024). All transactions will be recorded on-chain and are subject to standard network confirmation times.
